The special shapes of her pasta are her personal touch, which she puts into the recipe, just as her mum before her developed the pasta with her own ideas. The management of the restaurant is also based on the many years of experience of the two chefs. Both have lived in Dresden since 2000 and have gained extensive experience in various catering establishments in Dresden. They got to know the Saxon culture and combined it with their own. The result of this can be found in the restaurant MammaMia! at Kreuzstraße 1-3, right next to the Kreuzkirche in Dresden.
