Making good pasta is a true art. If you attach great importance to quality, you can't avoid preparing it fresh. But it's not that easy. To make first-class Italian pasta, you need a lot of experience, talent and, of course, a great recipe that has ideally been used for generations and is therefore tried and tested.

Before we wanted to shoot the first video, we already felt like Robert De Niro and Richard Gere.
But in the end it wasn't enough for Hollywood... „

What does it feel like to be an actor?
It would certainly be great, wouldn't it? Well, there are many reasons in favour of it...

- No absurdly long working hours in the kitchen
- no busy and stressful weekends but on the contrary fame, luxury cars, money...
So we said to ourselves, what are we missing? We are nice, courteous, clever, crisp and sporty...
Erm, maybe not really crisp and sporty through and through... but I think we'd better keep quiet about that!
As the saying goes: „You can't have everything in life!“ 🙂
But back to Hollywood again...
Well, we had decided to make a video of the Mammamia and so it seemed obvious that we would be the „stars“ in it.
But why a video of the Mammamia?
Because we're just cheeky boys and want to make you jealous with this video!
We want to give you the feeling that when you see our dishes, you will immediately „whet your appetite„ and be tempted to pay us a visit.
SERIOUS...
We want you to feel that you can relate to our concept of Mammamia when you watch the video... we are not the „typical Italian“, we live for the traditional homemade pasta according to our mothers' secret recipe and this is exactly what sets us apart from the others - we really want to convey this to you.

Great, where were we?
Oh yes, we were at the point where we were ready to become actors.
On the morning of the shoot we presented ourselves, polished and groomed from head to toe, ready to give our best for the shoot...
Unfortunately, we had to face the harsh reality in a very short time. The truth sometimes hurts when the director showed us the fact that acting wasn't so ours.
When he saw us acting, he immediately became angry and reprimanded us with harsh words...
„You're very bad actors, neither of you is better than the other, it's definitely going to take us a month to shoot this scene... and besides, people don't really understand you when you both speak either... and it's not like you're that photogenic...“
If our mums had heard this... he would certainly have been hit with a rolling pin! 😉
After this breath of disappointment, we worked hard after a long series of negative compliments from the director and the breaking of our Hollywood dreams!
WE DID IT!!!
